MOVA Network Terms & Conditions

Welcome to MOVA Network ("MOVA", "we", "our", or "us").

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the MOVA Network ecosystem, including but not limited to blockchain infrastructure, decentralised applications, smart contracts, websites, APIs, validator services, digital asset utilities, and related products or services (collectively, the "Services").

By accessing or using MOVA Network, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms.

If you do not agree to these Terms, you should not access or use the Services.

By using the Services, you represent and warrant that:

• You are at least 18 years old or the legal age in your jurisdiction;
• You have the legal capacity to enter into binding agreements;
• You are not located in, under the control of, or a resident of any sanctioned or prohibited jurisdiction;

Digital assets and blockchain technologies involve technological, financial, and regulatory risks. Users participate at their own discretion and risk.

You agree that you will not:

• Use the Services for unlawful, fraudulent, or abusive activities;
• Attempt to exploit vulnerabilities or interfere with network operations;

You are solely responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality and security of your wallets, private keys, credentials, and devices;
• Verifying wallet addresses, transactions, and network compatibility before submitting transactions;
• Any losses resulting from incorrect transfers, compromised wallets, or user negligence.

Blockchain transactions are generally irreversible.

The Services may involve smart contracts, decentralised protocols, and blockchain infrastructure.

You acknowledge and accept that:

• Smart contracts may contain bugs, vulnerabilities, or unexpected behaviours;
• Blockchain networks may experience congestion, delays, forks, attacks, or outages;
• Digital assets may fluctuate significantly in value;
• Transactions may be irreversible and permanently recorded on public ledgers;
• Regulatory treatment of blockchain technologies may change over time.

MOVA does not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or secure operation of the Services.

Nothing within MOVA Network constitutes:

• Financial advice;

• Legal advice;

All trademarks, logos, branding, designs, software, content, and related materials associated with MOVA Network remain the property of MOVA or its licensors unless otherwise stated.

MOVA does not control or endorse third-party services and is not responsible for:

• Security vulnerabilities;
• Losses arising from external platforms or integrations.

Your use of third-party services is subject to their own terms and policies.

MOVA may collect limited technical and operational information necessary for maintaining and improving the Services.

Due to the transparent nature of blockchain technology, certain transaction-related information may be publicly visible and permanently recorded on-chain.

• Smart contract exploits or protocol failures;
• Wallet compromises or unauthorised access;
• Network interruptions, forks, or cyberattacks.

The Services are provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless MOVA Network, its affiliates, contributors, partners, and representatives from any claims, damages, liabilities, losses, or expenses arising from:

• Your use of the Services;
• Your violation of these Terms;
• Your violation of applicable laws or third-party rights.

MOVA reserves the right to:

• Implement compliance procedures where necessary;
• Restrict access to certain jurisdictions or users;
• Cooperate with lawful requests from regulatory or law enforcement authorities.

Users are solely responsible for ensuring compliance with local laws applicable to their use of blockchain technologies and digital assets.
